Freddie’s Flowers delivers in the UK only. Customers can schedule their first delivery online and receive their flowers on the same day every week. With an account, customers can skip a delivery or schedule an extra one during a special time of the month. Freddie’s Flowers delivers all the way from 4:00 am to 5:00 pm and certain parts of the UK will have their flowers delivered by DPD who work between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm. Customers will receive a text message that gives them a two-hour window in which their order will be dropped off. Shipping prices, costs, and deals will vary depending on the order.
Freddie's Flowers does not accept returns on its flowers, however if there is an issue with your order, you can contact them and they will try to make it right. If you decide to pause or cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time by using the contact methods listed or by going to your account page. No items can be returned, and there is no time limit to cancel your subscription.
