Floyd Home offers shipping via FedEx Ground or a Scheduled Freight Partner, depending on the items purchased. Scheduled Freight Partner is for orders over 100 lb. and Sofas and Sofa Add-Ons, while FedEx Ground is for orders under 100 lb. and Mattresses purchased alone. Shipping fees are calculated based on the total cost of the products and the shipping method. Furniture and rug delivery costs 12% of the order value with a maximum shipping charge of $399, while small item and accessory delivery costs $15 for orders under $200 and $30 for orders over $200. Linens and bedding have free shipping.

Floyd Home offers a straightforward return policy for most furniture purchases within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 10% restocking fee and less original shipping costs. If the return is due to a product defect or damage, the company will cover the full return costs. Made-to-order items are subject to a 50% processing fee for returns and cancellations. Full Cycle, final sale, clearance, or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or warranty protection. Original shipping and delivery fees are nonrefundable. Only returns requested within 30 days of delivery and in the original packaging will be accepted. Customers must return packages within 30 days of receiving the return labels. Floyd Home does not accept international returns or returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. For the Mattress, Floyd Home offers free returns for both opened and unopened Mattresses within 30 days of delivery. Unopened Bedding and Linen may be returned within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee unless damaged or defected. Opened Bedding and Linen packages may not be returned, but customers can donate them to a local 501(c)(3) organization within the 30-day return window for a refund in store credit. Bedding and Linens in any condition are not eligible for returns or replacements after 30 days post delivery. Floyd Home does not accept returns on items that have issues from external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse. Customers may opt to receive their refund for a full return in the form of store credit or to the original form of payment. Refund method selections are final after 7 days and cannot be changed.
