Flowerbx offers UK national orders with DPD, an eco-friendly courier service that aligns with sustainable practices. Deliveries are available from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:30am-7:30pm. Customers will receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery once the driver has scanned all parcels onto the van, typically by 12 noon. For international flower delivery, Monday and Tuesday deliveries are available for London only. Orders must be placed by Thursday 00:00 GMT to receive flowers the following Monday and Sunday by 00:00 GMT to receive orders the following Tuesday.

Flowerbx has a return policy that allows customers to request a refund if they receive flowers that are not fresh or are damaged. To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact Customer Care at contact@flowerbx.com within 24 hours of receiving the flowers and provide a photo of the un-fresh or damaged flowers.
