Expedited shipping is also available with 2nd Day Air and overnight shipping options, with fees calculated at checkout. All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the order, Monday-Friday excluding holidays. For international orders, Field Notes offers economy shipping which usually takes 2-5 weeks for delivery. Fees are calculated at checkout and may change depending on the location. 30-day return window
Field Notes offers customers a 30 day window to return or exchange an unopened product. Returns and exchanges must be purchased from their website and must be accompanied by a copy of the packing slip or sales receipt. Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs and returns and exchanges should be sent to the address provided. All returns and exchanges must be within the 30 day period and will take up to 14 days to process. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
