10 Fellow shipping policy
Fellow offers fast and efficient shipping for all orders placed on their website. Domestic ground shipping and expedited shipping options are available and calculated by carriers at checkout. For international shipments, Fellow offers Passport Duties Paid, which calculates the cost of shipping, taxes, and duties upfront to avoid any additional fees upon delivery. The brand ships orders quickly, within 1-2 business days, and provides an estimated delivery date once UPS has picked up the order.
Fellow return policy
30-day return window
Fellow allows customers to return products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or Fellow gift card of equivalent value. The product must be in its original condition to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective by Fellow, and a return label is provided. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5-7 days to reflect depending on the financial institution. Personalized products and coffee cannot be returned unless there is a misprint, defect, or error with the order. Rebrew refurbished gear purchased on or after October 17, 2022, cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must contact customer service and provide photos or videos to expedite the troubleshooting process. Fellow can only process returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from their website or storefront in San Francisco.
