Feather offers delivery services for their furniture items. They typically deliver within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once the order is placed and the Feather lease is signed, customers will be given a few delivery date options to choose from. The delivery team will fully unload and assemble all furniture items in the room or rooms of the customer's choice. Some items may arrive pre-assembled, while larger items like beds and sofas will be assembled by the team upon arrival. The team will also place the furniture in the customer's home and clean up any delivery debris before leaving.

Feather has a return policy for direct purchased items. Customers have 7 days from delivery to return items in their original condition for a full refund, minus a $59/item restocking fee. If items are returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, a damage fee will be determined by the company's experts upon return.
