Equal Parts cookware can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, customers should visit the Returns Portal and a customer service rep will approve the request and send a prepaid shipping label. Attached the label to the outside of the package, drop off at the nearest post office, and wait for processing. The refund will appear in the account in 2-7 business days after processing, which may take up to 10 days. No other items can be returned.
