Ensembl offers shipping within Canada and the United States. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping while orders under $100 are subject to a shipping fee. Unfortunately, Ensembl is not able to ship to PO boxes. International shipping is available but may be subject to additional fees.
Ensembl offers free return shipping for customers in Canada and the United States, while international customers may be charged a restocking fee for return shipping costs. Any applicable duties paid at the time of shipping will be deducted from the refund for customers outside Canada. Customers have a 30-day period from the day of delivery to return an order for a full refund. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Ensembl will issue a refund back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. However, Ensembl will not issue refunds for items that are damaged, scratched, or otherwise rendered unusable.
