Dude Products offers shipping within the United States with a delivery time of 3-7 business days. Unfortunately, expedited shipping options are not available, including second day air shipping. Customers from Alaska and Hawaii can expect longer delivery lead times of about a couple of weeks.
Dude Products offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for their products. If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they can request a refund by contacting the help center within 30 days of the shipment date. However, customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning items. Dude Products will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less shipping and handling costs) to the original payment method. The company does not provide refunds for products damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. If any items arrive damaged, customers must notify Dude Products within three days of delivery and submit a case with pictures to the help center.
