Free shipping over $35
Orders over $35 before taxes and after discounts receive free shipping. Orders under $35 incur a $10 shipping fee as of 3/6/2025.
Dropps return policy
For unshipped orders, contact a team member immediately to attempt cancellation before the package leaves the warehouse. Shipped orders are subject to the Refund & Return policy. Subscription cancellations must be processed by 11:59 PM the day before the renewal date to prevent the order from processing.
