Dormify currently only ships domestically within the US. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, with faster shipping for those on the East coast. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and order size, but free shipping is offered on orders over $150. Ground Shipping is the only shipping option currently available.
Dormify offers refunds to customers within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unopened, unused, and remain in original packaging. Certain items such as Final Sale items, Initial Pillows, Wall Prints, Custom Modern Wooden Monograms, Custom Handwriting Wooden Name Sign, Custom Script Wooden Name Sign, Tie-Dye Totes, Virtual and Physical Gift Cards, Select Decals, Bulk Orders, Select Tapestries, Select Canvas Art, Select Furniture, Donation Contributions for Dormify Doing Good x Hope for Henry are not eligible for return. To return an item, customers must head to the return center and fill in the required information, download and print the new packing slip and shipping labels sent via email, package the item in original packaging with the new packing slip, put the new shipping label on the box, and ship it off. Return shipping costs a flat rate of $5 for each item returned, which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds take one to two weeks before payment. Defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery for a refund and no exchanges are currently offered.
