Dirty Labs offers shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days and take 5-7 days to arrive via DHL or FedEx Smart Post. Expedited orders are processed the same day if received before 3pm CST. Standard shipping costs a flat fee of $7, while orders of $30 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 2-4 weeks. Dirty Labs does not currently offer international shipping or shipping to APO/FPO addresses. The brand is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or incorrectly addressed packages. If an order is returned by the carrier, a refund will be issued upon arrival at the warehouse.
Dirty Labs offers a 30-day return policy for its customers. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their first product order, they may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting the company through their contact page and providing the order number. However, Dirty Labs does not allow order cancellations once they are placed.
