Dedcool offers free shipping for orders over $60 within the US. Customers can choose between two-day shipping, standard, or economy shipping at checkout. However, all orders require 3-5 business days of pre-shipment processing time, in addition to the actual transit time of the package. For international orders, the customs process can take up to weeks, and customers are responsible for any applicable local duties and taxes. Dedcool also offers a shipping protection option at checkout that insures the package, but if customers opt-out of this, the brand cannot offer refunds or replacements for any lost or stolen packages.

Dedcool accepts returns or exchanges on unopened bottles of fragrance within 30 days of receiving the order. However, for sanitary reasons, they do not offer returns or exchanges on travel sprays, balm sticks, samples, sample packs, candles, Dedtergent, or limited edition products. The brand reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product shows signs of opening or use. To return damaged goods, customers must email hello@dedcool.com within 10 days of receiving the order and include the order number and photos of the damaged items. Dedcool does not accept returns on used products. Dedcool products purchased at retail locations should be returned directly to the retailer. The brand does not allow the resale of any products received from them.
