Darn Good Yarn offers shipping within the United States and to countries outside the US. Orders within the US are typically processed in one to two business days and can be shipped via discounted standard shipping (5-7 business days) or expedited shipping (2-4 business days). Club/subscription shipping is shipped within 7-10 days of the renewal date with a transit time of 4-6 business days. International orders are eligible for discount flat rate and free shipping depending on order value and usually arrive within ten business days. International tracking is limited while the order is in transit. Free shipping is available on US orders over $75 and free expedited shipping is available on US orders over $150. Shipping costs vary depending on the order value and shipping method chosen. US orders over $400 will require an indirect signature for delivery.

Darn Good Yarn offers a hassle-free return policy for its customers. Customers can return or exchange their purchase within 60 days of purchase, provided the items are in original condition and unworn. However, subscription products, closeout, final sale, and mystery items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. If the company makes a mistake, it will rectify the issue at no expense to the customer. If exchanging two or more items, customers will be charged a $5 fee to cover the shipping cost of new products. BOGO or bundle deal products can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value, but a whole bundle or all BOGO products must be returned for a refund or exchange. For One-of-a-Kind products and/or products with color preferences, customers should include their preferences during the return process.
