D.S. & DURGA ships to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout for deliveries to Canada and areas outside of the continental United States. The brand ships orders within 2 days of the order being placed, but perfume must be shipped via ground transport due to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with UPS, with the carrier experiencing delays or lost packages. D.S. & DURGA will do their best to assist customers and the carrier in finding any lost packages.
D.S. & DURGA accepts returns by mail or in-store for items purchased within 14 days of receiving the order. The items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused and unopened condition. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Limited scents such as Studio Juice, Sample Sets, Auto Fragrances, and electronic gift cards cannot be returned. Other restrictions may apply.
