Cut Out & Co offers shipping within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days and take an additional 2-3 days to arrive. In the event of a delay, the brand makes an effort to keep customers informed. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost through UPS or FedEx, and all costs associated with expedited shipping are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is damaged or incorrect, Cut Out & Co will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge. The brand does not currently offer international shipping.

Cut Out & Co offers a flexible return policy for their full priced items. Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund, exchange, or store credit. However, items must be unused and unaltered in order to be accepted for exchange or credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item. Cut Out & Co reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. It's important to note that due to the handmade nature of their products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items.
