Cushion Lab offers free ground shipping to 48 states in the US, excluding Hawaii and Alaska, which have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is also available at an extra fee. Unfortunately, Cushion Lab does not currently offer international shipping. However, they are hoping to change that in the future. Orders are typically shipped out from the warehouse in 1-3 business days and do not ship out on weekends. Cushion Lab offers their customers a 30 day return policy for a full refund. To begin the return process, customers must email [email protected] with the subject line “return” and must include the order number and full name. Customers must send the item back in its original packaging and condition. Cushion Lab will provide a RMA label to attach to the package. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and must send the package to UPS eFulfillment CA. Once Cushion Lab has received the return, customers will receive confirmation of their refund within 3-5 business days. Exchanges are available but customers must reach out to customer support in order to begin the process. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for an exchange or return.
