Crane & Canopy offers shipping to the US, Canada, and most countries. Standard delivery and processing time for most orders is within 6 to 9 business days. Monogrammed items can take up to an extra 8 business days due to the personalized nature of the monogram. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and any of the US Territories will have a $10 surcharge applied to the shipping/processing charge. Rush delivery and processing is available for in-stock items with Two-Day and Three-Day services. Shipping to Canada will normally take from 7-10 business days, and Crane & Canopy is not responsible for additional tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties, or any other following costs required to import merchandise beyond those charged by USPS. International orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight plus 50% of the merchandise cost. Crane & Canopy does not provide free return shipping for international orders.

Crane & Canopy accepts returns and exchanges on unused and unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Monogrammed items, fabric swatches, or final sale items cannot be returned or cancelled. Products with removed woven or law labels will be considered used. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus outbound shipping and handling. The company provides free return/exchange shipping for orders from the continental United States, but Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free shipping. Returns received after 30 days or that are used or washed or not in their original packaging will be subject to a 70% restocking fee. Crane & Canopy cannot accept items damaged through normal wear and tear, discoloration due to bleach, benzoyl peroxide, and alpha hydroxy acid, or shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers, or professional dry cleaners. The company can only offer one free return shipping label per order and refunds payments via the original payment method or store credit. Customers should allow 10 to 16 business days to screen and process returns.
