Orders ship from Kentucky to the 48 continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Shipments to PO Boxes and Military addresses go through USPS with extra delivery time allowed.
Coyuchi return policy
180-day return window
Most items can be returned within 180 days; within 30 days you get a full refund or store credit, but after 30 days you receive store credit minus a $15 restocking fee (waived for in-person returns at the Point Reyes store). Items marked Final Sale or discounted 50% or more are non-returnable.
