Coop offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, with the exception of residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, but can take up to 10 business days in rare instances. If an order has not arrived by the 10th business day, customers are advised to contact Coop to start a trace with the carrier. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends, and any orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day.
Coop offers a 100-day return policy for all of their products. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase for a free and easy return. Once Coop receives the returned item(s), they will issue a full refund within 2 business days to the original form of payment.
