Coffee Supreme offers free nationwide shipping on all orders, except for Boring Milk which has a flat delivery rate of $6 per box. Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same day, but delivery may take an extra 3-4 days. International delivery via DHL takes 1-2 weeks, and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Coffee Supreme ships via DHL Express for the safest and fastest service, although it may not be the cheapest.

Coffee Supreme has a return policy for products/merchandise purchased from their website. If a customer changes their mind about a purchase, they may return the item in new/unused condition within 21 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent back with tracking. Sale items are not eligible for returns, and returns are the customer's responsibility until received by the company. However, Coffee Supreme does not accept returns of coffee beans/grounds due to their fresh packaging policy, unless there is an error on their part in fulfilling the order.
