For orders placed in the United States, shipping is free if you sign up for a Click and Grow subscription. Orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $7, orders over $50 have a $9 shipping fee, and orders over $500 are subject to a $30 shipping fee. Delivery time is usually 3-8 business days, and expedited 2-day shipping is available for an additional fee of $36. For orders shipped within Canada, orders under $50 have a shipping fee of $8, orders over $50 have a shipping fee of $10, and orders over $300 have a $14 shipping fee. Delivery time is 7-14 days. Extra-large orders, such as the Click and Grow Wall Farms, may incur additional charges depending on the weight of the order. Click and Grow also ships internationally to Europe, Asia, and the United Kingdom. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Click and Grow offers customers a 30-day return policy from the date that the order arrived. To qualify for a return, customers must provide proof of purchase and the products must be in original packaging and new condition. To begin the return process, customers must visit the support page. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless Click and Grow is covering a warranty replacement item. Click and Grow does not offer any exchanges at this time. There is no time limit for processing returns, however customers should expect to receive a refund within 3-5 business days of the return being accepted. Items that cannot be returned include opened, used, or expired products.
