Clevr Blends processes orders within 1-2 business days and ships all orders via USPS. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. For orders under $47, shipping costs will be based on USPS rates. The brand currently ships to Canada for a $10 flat rate and is working to expand its international shipping regions. There may be delays during holidays and high-volume times, and it is normal for packages to go several days without a scan from USPS. The brand does not offer free shipping to US territories.
Clevr Blends offers a 30-day refund policy for their first order. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they must contact the company within 30 days of receipt of their order to initiate the return process. However, subscription shipments after the first order are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation after they have been charged. Additionally, bulk orders, non-latte items, or orders over $75 are ineligible for return but are subject to additional review by the Clevr team. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Refund requests received more than 30 days after the original order receipt will not be processed, and the company reserves the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected.
