Castlery offers flat rate shipping per shipment depending on the shipment value and delivery location. For orders with multiple items, there may be multiple shipments per order based on the estimated delivery of each item. Shipping fees are calculated based on the location and order subtotal and are indicated during the checkout process. Castlery offers free shipping for orders with a subtotal value of $999 and above (excluding add-on services) for selected cities. However, free shipping is only applicable to orders that comprise bedding only and not valid for remote areas. For some major cities, free shipping is applicable to shipments with a subtotal of $999 and above, excluding add-on services.

Castlery offers a 14-day return policy for their products. If a customer wishes to initiate a return, they must contact Castlery within 14 days of receiving the item. However, there is a 20% restocking fee charged per returned item, which is deducted from the refund. Only items in as-new condition can be returned, and products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modification will not be accepted. The items must be returned in the original packaging to avoid shipping damages, and an additional $50 repackaging fee per item will be charged for returned items without its original packaging. Castlery does not accommodate returns/exchanges/refunds for clearance items, final sale items, or display items. Quality-related issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the items. Castlery processes all exchanges as normal returns, and customers may choose to purchase a new item at their convenience.
