Buffy offers free shipping in the continental US through FedEx or UPS. However, orders addressed to PO boxes are shipped via USPS and may take up to 10 business days to arrive. For Canadian orders, a payment for shipping costs is required upon checkout, and duties and taxes will be due upon arrival. It may take up to 2 weeks for Canadian orders to arrive. Unfortunately, Buffy does not currently ship anywhere else internationally, but there may be updates on this in the future.

Buffy offers a 7-night trial period for customers to try their products before committing to buying. If the customer chooses not to keep the product after 7 nights, they can initiate a return by emailing hello@buffy.co within the trial period. Manufacturing defects may be covered after the 30-day return policy on a case-by-case basis. However, normal wear and tear, improper use, stains, tears, burns, discoloration caused by the user, and naturally occurring aromas from materials are not covered. Any comforter purchased from a non-authorized Buffy distributor is also not eligible for return. The company accepts returns up to 50 nights after purchase. If a return is initiated near the end of the trial period, the customer's card may still be charged when the trial ends. The order will be fully refunded once the return is received. The company processes returns within 2 business days.
