Branch offers free shipping on their products within the continental US and Canada, unless otherwise stated. In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, with tracking information provided once the order has shipped. Backordered or pre-ordered items will have estimated shipping dates listed on the product page and during checkout. Large orders may be fulfilled through a LTL freight provider, with lead times varying between 10 and 15 business days. Branch does not ship to P.O. boxes. White Glove Delivery is available for an additional fee in most major US and Canadian markets, with a minimum order threshold of $2,000 for some products. Corporate orders can be handled by Branch, including space design and assembly coordination.

Branch offers a worry-free return policy for their furniture products. Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase can reach out for a complimentary ergonomic consultation, and if they still want to proceed with a return, like-new Branch products in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. A flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, except for desks and large orders over $2000 and/or 10 units or more. Damaged products can be returned for a full refund or replacement, and products that suffer from failures during their useable lifetime qualify for replacement at no cost to the customer. Custom products, shipping fees, and installation fees are non-refundable, and returns are not accepted outside of the 30 day return window. The company processes refunds to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned product.
