Orders process within 24-72 hours (or next business day if placed on weekends/holidays). Standard shipping takes 6-8 business days, 2-day shipping costs $15, and overnight shipping costs $25; orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
Boy Smells return policy
30-day return window
Boy Smells returns or exchanges are accepted for items that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging. Customers must email yourorder@boysmells.com within 30 days of receiving their order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RA#. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, Boy Smells will provide a return shipping label to US domestic customers at no charge. However, customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Boy Smells. The company reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The processing time for refunds is 10 business days.
