Boy Smells' products are fluid, essential, and accessible, with founder-invented scents like Cinderose and Gardener that wrap traditionally masculine scents in a prettier bouquet. The candles are hand-poured in reusable glass vessels with a proprietary all-natural coconut wax and beeswax blend. The brand's Unmentionables collection of genderful intimate wear constitutes 15% of online business. In 2021 and 2022, Boy Smells entered Nordstrom and Sephora, respectively, marking the biggest retail partner roll out to date.

Boy Smells currently ships within the United States and Canada. For orders within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska, including APO and PO Boxes, standard shipping is $12 for orders up to $74.99 and free for orders over $75.00. The brand also offers 2-day shipping for $15.00 and overnight shipping for $25.00. Processing times take 24-72 hours, and time in transit for standard shipping is 4-8 business days. Canadian customers can now enjoy a more seamless checkout experience with Passport Standard Shipping, with rates based on destination zip code and weight plus duties and taxes. Standard shipping to Canada takes 8-14 business days. For international shipping, the brand currently does not offer this service yet. Boy Smells is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and is not liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Boy Smells returns or exchanges are accepted for items that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging. Customers must email yourorder@boysmells.com within 30 days of receiving their order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the RA#. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, Boy Smells will provide a return shipping label to US domestic customers at no charge. However, customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Boy Smells. The company reserves the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The processing time for refunds is 10 business days.
