Delivery within France takes 2-3 working days via Colissimo or 3-5 days for delivery to relay points. Express delivery via Chronopost takes 24 to 48 hours. Orders with embroidery take an additional 7 days for tailoring. Shipping is free within metropolitan France for orders over €100 via Mondial Relay, and €6.90 via Colissimo for orders under €100. For orders between €100 and €150, delivery via Colissimo is €5.90. Beyond €150, delivery is free via Colissimo. Express delivery via Chronopost costs €10 for any order amount. Delivery to European Union countries costs €10 with a delivery time of 4 to 6 working days.

Bonsoir offers a 60-night return policy for individuals who are not satisfied with their purchase. Customers can return their products free of charge and receive a refund, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Exchanges are also available within the 60-night period, with no return costs, provided that the products have not been washed or used. Embroidered products are non-returnable or exchangeable, and products returned to the company that cannot be put back on sale are repackaged and donated to Emmaüs France. Bonsoir does not accept returns or exchanges for companies if the products have been washed or used.
