Bonsoir offers a 60-night return policy for individuals who are not satisfied with their purchase. Customers can return their products free of charge and receive a refund, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product. Exchanges are also available within the 60-night period, with no return costs, provided that the products have not been washed or used. Embroidered products are non-returnable or exchangeable, and products returned to the company that cannot be put back on sale are repackaged and donated to Emmaüs France.
