Big Green Egg offers free delivery for orders over £50 within mainland UK. Orders under this amount will incur a delivery charge of £10. However, additional shipping surcharges may apply for certain postcodes and for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man. The standard kerbside delivery occurs through a third-party courier who will drop the EGG outside your property on a pallet. It will be your responsibility to remove the packaging, lift the EGG off of the pallet, and wheel/carry it into position and to then discard the pallet and packaging. The delivery courier operates under a kerbside delivery policy and is under no obligation to move or unpack the EGG inside the property. Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the EGG. Big Green Egg also offers a 2 Man Premium White Glove Delivery and Assembly Service for an additional fee, subject to availability. For international deliveries, additional surcharges may apply, and there may be delays due to customs.

Big Green Egg allows customers to cancel their accessory orders before dispatch or return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus original delivery charges. Exchanges are not offered, so customers must place a new order for the desired item. To arrange a return, customers can visit the DHL returns website to print a label or download a QR code for a drop-off point. A £5 charge for returns will be deducted from the final refund. The returned item must be in perfect, re-saleable condition and include the returns slip with the customer's name and order number. The company will process the refund using the original payment method no more than 30 days after receiving the returned item. If a return arrives damaged, the company cannot issue a refund. Big Green Egg allows customers to return unused EGGs within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus a 5% re-stocking fee and the shipping fee.
