This service drops your purchase off at your door for a flat rate of $99. Customers can also opt for their White Glove Delivery Service, which costs $295 and includes assembly and removal of all packaging. Unfortunately, Benchmade Modern does not offer international shipping.
Benchmade Modern offers a generous return policy that allows customers to return their product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including shipping costs. After 14 days, customers can still return their product within 100 days of delivery, but will be charged a 10% processing fee. No items are excluded from returns, but customers should note that the company does not process returns until after the 14-day return window has closed.
