Baloo offers free shipping for orders over $100 within the contiguous United States, while orders under $100 will be charged $4.99 for shipping. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. However, free shipping is not available for military addresses and certain US territories, although Baloo subsidizes the shipping to these areas to give customers the lowest price possible. Orders to military addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may take approximately 21 days. Most orders are shipped the same day or the following business day, and may be fulfilled separately to expedite delivery. Weighted blanket orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, while orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Baloo offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and items must be in like-new condition. Personalized items cannot be returned. Shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable. Open Box items are final sale and not eligible for return. A return shipping cost of $18 per blanket will be withheld from the refund amount for customers who prefer a refund to their original form of payment. Exchanges are offered at full retail value plus an extra $5 to spend on something new. The company does not offer free exchanges or flat-rate shipping for returns from outside the contiguous U.S. The amount withheld will be determined by the actual return shipping cost.
