Avant Arte shipping policy
Avant Arte orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive as the artwork is checked and framed, and the artist gives their seal of approval. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork, and are included in the total cost of the order. Premium carriers are used for all shipments, and international orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival. Duty tax should be paid separately and is not included in the shipping and handling costs. However, if the delivery address is in Canada, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, duty tax is included in the shipping fee. Avant Arte declares all shipments as limited edition artworks and will declare the amount paid for the work.
Avant Arte return policy
14-day return window
Avant Arte offers a 14-day return policy for their artworks. If a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can request a refund by contacting the company at info@avantarte.com. The artwork must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, along with all accompanying documentation, including the Certificate of Authenticity. Avant Arte will arrange for a door-to-door collection and provide a tracking number. Customers should not book their own courier. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the artwork's arrival at the warehouse and will be made to the original payment method, minus a handling fee. VAT or import charges will not be refunded, and some items may not be eligible for return.
