Artisans offers several shipping services for immediate purchase items. Standard shipping within the UK is free and takes 5 to 7 working days, while express shipping costs 7.00 GBP and takes 1 to 2 working days. For orders under 15 GBP, standard shipping costs 2.95 GBP. However, please note that orders placed between 23rd December and 31st December will only be dispatched from 2nd January 2023 onwards, and there may be delays in delivery due to Royal Mail strikes until 31st December. For international delivery, Artisans charges 18.45 GBP for shipping to the USA and Canada, and 12.45 GBP for shipping to Europe. All orders shipping to a destination outside of the UK are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country, and Artisans is not responsible for any unexpected delays caused by the courier company.
Artisans has a 14-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unused with its seal intact. Customers must contact Artisans at contact@artisans.life to initiate a return within the 14-day policy. Artisans will send a return sheet and instructions on how and where to send the package. The filled-out returns sheet must be included in the return shipment. Return shipments sent without first requesting a return or without the returns sheet cannot be accepted. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, customers must contact Artisans immediately upon receipt. Artisans will evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory solution. Once Artisans receives and inspects the return, they will notify the customer if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method.
