Article Furniture offers contactless delivery straight to your front door within the USA and Canada for a flat rate of $49 (free for orders over $999). In-room delivery and assembly is also available for an additional cost of $99. Shipping costs may vary for more rural locations, such as areas outside the contiguous US and less populated regions of Canada, such as PEI. Customers can enter their zip or postal code to determine shipping costs. Once an order has been placed, the company will provide tracking information, a date for delivery, and notification of arrival.
Article Furniture return policy
30-day return window
Article Furniture offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. To return an item, customers must contact the brand, provide the product and an explanation for the return, and download and print the return label. There is a return shipping fee of $49 for most pieces and $19 for smaller items, as well as a $50 repackaging fee if the item is not in its original packaging. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will receive a refund, minus the return fee and any repackaging charges. The brand also offers a one-year warranty for any issues following the 30-day return period. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery; after that, items cannot be returned.
