Allform provides free shipping to all orders within the United States via FedEx Ground. Unfortunately, there is no option to pay for expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped from their facility and production windows range from 1-10 weeks depending on the fabric chosen. Once the order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email and can opt-in to receive text updates. Allform ships to all 50 states in the US but does not offer international shipping.

Allform offers a 100 Day Relaxin’ Trial for their sofas, allowing customers to return their purchase for a full refund if it doesn't meet their expectations. The trial period starts on the day of delivery, and customers must request a return before the 100 days are up. To initiate a return, customers must email help@allform.com with their order number and a description of why they're returning the sofa. Allform works with local partners to pick up the returned sofa and either donate it or recycle it. Customers are limited to two returns per household, delivery address, or customer. Returns are not accepted after the 100 Day Trial period ends.
