ButcherBox’s Shipping Policy
ButcherBox offers free shipping to all 48 contiguous states in the US. Unfortunately, they do not ship to Alaska, Canada, or Hawaii at this time. When products are delivered on time, they should arrive refrigerator cold, below 40°F. The meats may arrive partly frozen or frozen, which can be placed in the freezer for later use.
ButcherBox’s Return Policy
ButcherBox does not accept returns since their products are perishable and cannot be restocked or resold. However, the company offers refunds for damaged items unrelated to the carrier, late delivery or improper handling caused by the carrier resulting in defrosted items or damage, and missing items. Customers must report any issues with their order within 7 days of receipt by contacting support@butcherbox.com or using the "Report an Issue" feature in their account page. ButcherBox may ask for photos of the product label and damage reported. The brand does not offer returns for any reason not covered under their refund policy, such as incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to their terms and conditions, late delivery due to incorrect address, or inability to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date resulting in defrosted items or damage.
